Screaming homeless way too over priced for how disgusting it was. Left before the second night with out refund it was so bad.

You sold me cancellation insurance but did not tell me I had to cancel before 7 am pst on the day of cancellation. This was fraud and you need to refund my money for this trip. I called to cancel at 11.30 am on 4/26
