Very nice and clean hotel. Great staff and the great air conditioning system which is a must. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside food was good and quick. Only bad thing is that uber take 15-25 minutes to pick you up and many would cancel. Airport is 12 mins away and San Juan is very close.

The Village Inn should be a $89 per night hotel. However, do to the demand for affordable hotels in the Island they take advantage and overcharge for their beat up hotel. That is why I rather choose and Airbnb than a hotel. Which I will continue doing after giving a hotel a last chance.

The price of 117.00 per night that you paid for a room for two people is a more than reasonable amount since this also includes parking, air conditioning, Wifi, TV with DTV programming and swimming pool. All of these amenities are included in our information before you make the reservation, photos are also included. We do not understand your evaluation regarding the appearance of the hotel since everything is painted and presentable. All rooms are furnished with everything new, well painted and well cleaned.

Advertised having a restaurant that did not exist.Just a non-functional designated space! When I arrived they said only breakfast there, but didn’t serve breakfast the 10 days I stayed there. No coffeemaker in room. Nearest place to eat is 4 miles away- if you like fast food- longer if not! Totally isolated location - no shops, restaurants, gas station. Nothing to do or see in the area- not even a place to walk. Very busy, dark, narrow, winding road to hotel. Dangerous during the day. Wouldn’t recommend driving at night. I stayed in room 3 which had an ill fitting metal door which allowed insects in when it rained. Dripping condensation on the ceiling that they claimed was due to the A/C, that the staff helped clean up. No public transport so you must have a rental. No natural light in rooms on ground floor. You either have windows completely open with no blinds/privacy, or blackout curtains. I cannot recommend this hotel for any reason.

Thanks for staying with us. We regret your disagreement. The customer is not always right. Since we do have a restaurant. And if food is served as requested. We are located in the countryside but centrally located since we are close to everything. You can check on Google Maps and you will notice that we have nearby gas garages less than 1 minute away, several food places and shops less than 5 minutes away. Leaving the air on at very low temperatures produces condensation on the walls when it is hot outside since the walls are made of concrete. All rooms have ceiling lighting, two lamps and a light at the back of the bed, so we do not understand what is meant by dark rooms. And if you wanted natural light you just had to draw the curtains since the windows are made of transparent glass. Our hotel operates 24 hours a day, therefore there is always staff in the area. In addition, the cameras are always monitoring. In our ads in the different applications we clearly indicate that we are a corside hotel, we indicate that we recommend car rental, we show our location and how far we are from shops, restaurants and tourist places.
