No towels, soap, shampoo. TV did NOT work. Swimming pools were a scary green. Very overpriced for what you get. Parking was not good.
Plus: The air conditioner works great.

Hi Kevin,
Good day! Apologies, but upon review with our resort personnel and management, we’ve confirmed that your group was provided with shampoos, soaps, and towels. Your group also used the resort’s private-use swimming pool.
To add to this, the reservation you made and paid with Expedia was only for six (6) guests. Your group arrived at the resort with a total of fourteen (14) guests. We were fully booked. But we still accommodated your group and even accommodated your request for a discount for the extra guest fee - from 850 pesos per guest to 500 pesos per guest, which we have never done before.
Our personnel even report that they reserved beach front tables for your group since you said your child/niece was celebrating her birthday.
Also, the owner was kind enough to not charge you for the jar your group broke, which costs about 50,000 pesos.
Apologies, we know we have a lot of things to improve on, but we believe our resort personnel and management have exhausted all means for your group.

Going to the resort is quite challenging especially if you will not use navigation app. There is no signage from the hi-way that will point to the resort. Parking is also an issue. Resort also doesn't offer wifi or TV.

The hotel has direct access to the beach. Unfortunately, the rooms does not have TV, and the worst part, no Internet!!!
I can live without the TV, but wifi/internet is a must.

This property is not ready to take in guests. Our toilet bowls kept on getting clogged. The staff supplied us towels when there were no towels for the guests, I had to ask for them to supply us towels and they did, however I was told they stopped supplying towels and were only dong us a favour,The air-conditioner was not sealed and really noisy. We asked for a queen bed and it was a queen bed frame but with a double size mattress. The toiletries were not given until we asked for it. There is no spare key for the rooms. The place has great potentials, the staff are very courteous and very accommodating but the facilities needs to be improved. Beautiful location but not worth what you paid for because of the facilities.

It was undermanned. However, the almost one-man team Jerry was so dedicated. The hotel has a lot of potential but the rooms are in great need of renovation. Cleanliness could be improved.
