Everyone was amazing!
Shout out to Lee in the kitchen, Jose at the bar, Sara and Victor at the front desk. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. Phenomenal service. We will book here again and again. With love from The Clarks

The worst service I’ve ever received at a hotel.
They didn’t want to provide daily housekeeping service. After begrudgingly agreeing to do so it would only be done until the afternoon everyday.
The lady at the omelette station was super rude and made the smallest and stingiest omelettes ever.
The cleaning staff at the dining room were also rude.
The safe box didn’t have battery.
The WiFi didn’t work any day in the room. Not even after several complains.

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary. Our stay was so Pleasant. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet gave us a good start to each day. The shuttle was convenient going to T mobile district , the Beach and Old San Juan. We would stay there again. Book it.

Mi experiencia fue fenomenal. El hotel esta cerca de todo y tiene un shuttle que te lleva a varios lugares incluyendo la playa. El staff super helpful en todo momento y el desayuno delicioso!

Would not clean room, ask several times. They finally said they only clean every three days.
