El hotel está excelente, es bastante sencillo y está localizado bien céntrico. No tengo quejas sobre limpieza ni atención, pero deben saber que Punto de Vista cerró y que en futuro planean hacer otro restaurante, incluyendo también un sitio de desayuno en el primer piso.

Do not go to this hotel
Posted 16 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe rooms are extremely deteriorated and don’t look anything like the pictures. The service from Hiram in the reception desk was terrible, lack of empathy and the opposite of customer service.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Old San Juan. But the hotel had a mildew smell and the air conditioner banged loudly all night making it very difficult to sleep.

Centrally located in Old San Juan. The room and corridors had a strong bad musty smell from the carpets and not well ventilated.

Great Location
