The DREAMCATCHER B & B was charming! It reminded me of my home. I smelled the aroma of Nag Champa incense throughout the hotel. There were little shrines and Buddha’s in different areas of the building along with a lovely water fountain in the middle courtyard. The food was absolutely delicious! I loved the smoothies and bold tasting coffee served throughout the day. The staff was friendly, helpful and ready to serve. I would highly recommend staying at the DREAMCATCHER Hotel!

The room we stayed in, you can hear the kitchen CLEARLY which started very early in the morning. At night the doors are thin interior doors with large gaps so you can hear everyone coming home for the night. The bathroom was outside and there were no measures taken for mosquitos so you get eaten alive while you use the restroom. There was a leak somewhere in the room that was coming up through the tiles leaving a wet spot in the corner where one of our suitcases was. The room is small and has no luggage holders so of course the suitcase was on the ground where the water was pooling. Every door was rickety. This was in the 'romantic' room. Nothing more romantic than being able to see your partner taking a dump while youre hanging out in the room. Excursions were great and the staff are fantastic. Locations is amazing as well.

We are genuinely surprised to learn about the challenges you experienced during your stay in our Romantic Suite, as it is usually one of our guests' favorites.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise from the kitchen and other guests. Please know that the comfort and privacy of our guests are of the utmost importance to us, and we have addressed your noise complaint with our kitchen team. We maintain poured cement walls for excellent soundproofing and have strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Had we been made aware of the issue, we would have been more than happy to enforce these quiet hours. Additionally, we provide earplugs for light sleepers as an extra measure.While the outdoor shower is a unique feature of the Romantic Suite, we want to clarify that the suite also includes a full indoor en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and rainfall shower to provide alternative bathing options in complete privacy. We appreciate your understanding regarding the challenges with mosquitos in the island's tropical climate. While we fumigate the property bi-weekly to keep bugs at a minimum, it's not always possible to entirely prevent them. We offer mosquito nets and repellent upon request.Based on your feedback, we will install an additional ceiling fan in the bathroom, which helps deter mosquitoes. Furthermore, we regret any inconvenience caused by the leak in your room. Our maintenance team is readily available, and had we been made aware of the issue, we would have promptly sent our handyman to address it to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The suite has a wardrobe and a small bench for luggage storage; after receiving your feedback, we added an additional luggage holder to the room. Thank you once again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

We stayed a week here. Everything exceeded our expectations. Every person on the staff from housekeeping, kitchen, to the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The food was lovely. The rooms were very clean, bedding was nice quality. Outdoor space was aplenty. Private outdoor area with outdoor shower was so nice to get ready in. The room was air conditioned and VERY quiet- I did not hear any outdoor noise. Drapes kept the morning sun out for sleeping. Shared outdoor space was also terrific. All the other guests were sweet and it was lovely chatting with them. Couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. 14/10 - highly recommend.

I'm sure the rooms other than the one we got are nice. We got room 8, it was probably a gardening shed that they decided, "hey, let's turn it into a room and make more money." It has a wall of stained glass which is creative but there isn't any privacy. You can hear everything outside and likewise outside to in. The bottom bed is small, and saggy in the middle. Not much room for luggage. They really don't need to have that table in the middle, it just takes up valuable space for that tiny room. The pictures online when booking are very deceptive. They don't show truly just how small it is. For such a highly rated accommodations, that room shouldn't even be an option. Plus, there is no bathroom attached. You have to get out of the room and walk across the checkin/lobby/courtyard into a private bathroom. Without so much as a couple spa robes to wear in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom.
