The nicest, friendliest staff I have experienced in a very long time. The amenities were subjectively poor for my taste. However, if we were to rate this hotel simply on the warm, professional, truly caring methods and behaviors of the staff, this would be on par with the Four Seasons.

un hotel muy bonito ubicado en el centro de la ciudad , queda cerca a todo , el servicio del personal espectacular
las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias la comida del restaurante deliiiiii , seguro volveré en mis próximos viajes

Select a different hotel
Posted 17 Jan 2020 on HotelsMore value for monay staying in a cheeper hotel. Hotel is ok (reception, location and service). Not impressed by the breakfast, expected more. Quality of hotel rooms is very different and do not expect to get a room that looks like the photo. We had two rooms where one was nice and renovated, the other room was old (changed room 3 times until we got a room of a decent standard). Also was lots of noice from the street on all the rooms we had. My advice is select a different hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente la limpieza de las habitaciones es impecable,las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares ,el personal muy atento
