Stayed for one night, but the property and staff were very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Will recommend staying here.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The food was delicious at breakfast. However, my family and I were very disappointed that we were not told of a Safari Party prior to us checking in. That was not the vibe of the hotel we were looking for. We were looking for quiet and comfortable like we have always experienced at this hotel in the past. While we were told of the party the night of, there was nothing we could do at that point. It was difficult to navigate from the entrance to the elevators, and to the casino due to the large amount of people. Having been informed of this event prior to checking in, would have been very helpful.

Property was wonderful not sure why the secret police and military guards around the property were needed.

We stay at a number of Marriott Properties but the Sheraton Escazu is one of the best.
