I only felt uncomfortable walking around there at night, during day time it was fine. The hotel is modern and comfortable.

A wonderful place to enjoy peace and quiet and a fantastic view of Arenal. Breakfast was delivered to the room and much better than expected. A higher off the ground and sturdy vehicle is needed.

The hotel is very basic, but conveniently close to the airport. Shuttle service was timely and fast. This hotel is a good option for overnight connections.

Family room
Posted 26 Feb 2024 on HotelsLoved the family room which had a connecting door between 2 rooms. 1 room had bed, kitchenette, bath; 2nd room had 2 beds in separate alcove areas and another bath. Loved the location near the park and good restaurants; enjoyed the free art museum in the park. Only disappointment was lack of hot water for showers.

We had reservation for 2 nights. Hotel refuses to let us stay the first night and also refuses to refund money for the second night. So we ended up having to stay at old strange place far from the city the first night and then move hotels for the second night. I do NOT recommend. Very bad all the way around. This hotel is not good for first time visitors. taxi ride from everything you want to see and do.
