Don't Book this Sleaze Hotel

This hotel should not be on any list it is horrible. I think it's a place where people live like apartments. There was lots of vehicles coming and going, also I believe forgive me if I'm wrong but there might have been prostitution occurring.

The staff was kind and understanding. Check-in was fine, then I got to my room. Approx. 1 dozen children playing in parking area near my car. There were social service offices occupying 2 or 3 rooms. Belligerent youth smoking marijuana directly in front of my 2nd floor unit. I felt unsafe. This is not a property to reserve for your guests without proper warning. They need to make up their minds whether this is a motor inn or housing for the downtrodden. The price was comparable to other properties, and more than airport units. I chose the property because I was traveling with pets and wanted a motel style rental with close proximately to my brand new car.

Looked a little rough at first but ended up being a nice experience. There are a few good restaurants just around the corner and a couple coffee shops. Also convenient for the SAP center and the convention center, a 10 min. Walk to SAP and 20 to the Convention Center.

Booked a king size bed, got two full beds. People in the parking lot sleeping in their vehicles.
