The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well.

Staff was extremely polite and very helpful in giving directions and very clean. I will stay there again.

Very clean and neat hotel. Staff was very friendly, big and comfortable room, location was great, lots of food options around.
Only ‘negative’, with soooo many amazing fruits in Costa Rica it’s a crime to have bottled sugary juices at the breakfast instead of fresh poured orange/pineapple juice!!
But overall everything was really great!

Great Property, Convenient Location, Friendly Staff. Lots of Dining Options in the Complex. Hotel Restaurant Great too.
