The details were very misleading. Very unsafe neighborhood. Can’t leave and go as you please as two gates have to be opened up by front desk person who was sleeping everything I wanted to leave. No bathroom. No AC. Would never recommend.

Our hotel is located downtown Alajuela therefor the door is closed for security. If you check you can see that what you made was a reservation for a room with shared bathroom and in the descripción of our hotel we don't have rooms with a/c
