Hotel double-billed me for my stay. I have spoken with Customer Service and with hotel staff directly numerous times over a 3-month period. Although I was promised reimbursement, it has not yet happened and staff is not able to tell me when my re-payment will be processed.

The hotel is very clean and convenient. It is only 5 minutes away from the airport and the hotel provides free 24 hour shuttle service.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special. The lady who checked us in was rude. Would not return due to how she spoke to us.

Super convenient to the airport. They did a great job with breakfast. Mattresses were uncomfortable, but it was a quiet place to stay after a late flight in.
