The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again.

Food was mediocre at best and staff constantly asking to come in my room. 12 times in a 20 min period because I declined room housekeeping services and just wanted to sleep. they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Even to the point of entering my room at 10pm at night while I was sleeping. Would never recommend

Upgrading to Preferred made the trip. Preferred breakfast at Oceana and access to the Preferred pool and cabanas was worth every penny.

Loved The staff! Did not like the Vacation club pitch at resort because it starts to take away from your stay!
