After booking online couldn’t find my info in the system too and additional 30-40 mins just to get the room once I arrived

I come to Cabo often to look at real estate and always stay here. I feel really safe here. I love the surrounding restaurants that are right next to the hotel. it’s centrally located between San Jose, Del Cabo and Cabo. Great beaches nearby for swimming and surfing. The pool is awesome, but their complimentary breakfast is amazing!!! The best I’ve ever had!

I did not initially get what we paid for and spent two nights on a pull out bed, wheelchair accessible room, with water going everywhere on the floor from the shower. I slipped twice before getting reimbursed for the two nights and then moved to the appropriate room. Was told two days in a row they were fully booked and had to speak with multiple people in management before the supervisor ultimately fixed it. (Thank you Angela). Once in the new room the shower didn’t work properly but we worked through it. The breakfast was the best part of our stay and it was consistently decent each morning. The front desk staff was nice and patient, even when we had to use the translator. I realize it’s not their fault but management. This is my FIRST ever BAD experience with Hampton. It’s unfortunate.
