Staff have been superb!
My partner had a birthday and she received a prosecco on the house ❤️
Food was top quality and restaurant staff were very polite and friendly! Superb hotel!

The room furniture looked tired and floor was not mopped or cleaned under the bed where there was at leased a months dust. Mattress cover ensured sweating when sleeping,not what I would class as a 4* hotel. The spa was value for money but massages offered were light weight, food on offer wasn't of a 4* standard.

Off season stay so most restaurants were closed, long walk to center of town. Room very nice, breakfast very good, pool is cold in April, hot tub would be nice but not very hot, spa services are good.

Great views and friendly staff
Posted 22 Oct 2023 on HotelsGreat room with a lovely view over the Mar Menor. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast good, dinner ok - limited choice but fine. Spa services good quality at reasonable price. To be honest, for a bargain price I can only recommend this hotel.

Only a silly gripe but normally in an hotel of this type included in the Tea and Coffee making facilities a small capsule of long life milk is included…the hotel refused to supply this. One of our group had no shower gel in the bathroom so it is obviously not checked. It was reasonably clean, seen better and seen worse.

Good location in the middle of La Manga. Room was very clean. Mediterranean Sea faced room have vary nice view but as it is street faced it was slightly noise in the night. The staff kindly rearranged a Mar Menor faced room which was very quiet and also had a very nice view. Food was average but still good value for what we paid for. Happy with our stay in this hotel.
