Gorgeous hotel with excellent service
Posted 12 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe felt so welcome and pampered at this gorgeous resort. We were greeted and helped with our luggage, the Staff took care of our meal orders , grabbed extra towels for our excursion, made beautiful drinks. The rooms had a lovely view of the river and the sound lulled us to sleep. Gorgeous spot!

The Staff was absolutely Amazing! They made the BEST food, were extremely accomodating for helping to set up activities, and allowing us to have breakfast whenever we needed to start our day. Area was very peaceful, and pool was very refreshing.

Absolutely gutted on our last night of a 2 week tour i simply wanted to treat the love of my life to an amazing stay, no greeting as we walked around looking for the front desk, AC in room was not working and the "technician" would be back ... requested to upgrade and the best room they had got flooded above our orignal room which would be why the smell of waterlogged wood was extremely present. Staff really honestly didnt give 2 f**** which isn't even up to expedias standards.

Beautiful hotel and drinks were awesome. It was a very peaceful hotel. My complaints were the cleanliness of the pool and the bed was uncomfortable.

Mahogany hall
Posted 27 Dec 2021 on HotelsExcellent retreat out of the way. The bed was a bit hard, staff was great. Food was good, the only thing i could say needed upgrade was the wifi. Only in the common bar area and not very good.

Very nice boutique hotel. Remarkable views, unique architecture, clean, and very friendly staff. Loved the firepit, seating along the river, and the pool with a view. Great breakfast options.
