Staff was incredibly friendly, restaurant on site was great and hotel was conveniently located and walkable. Valet parking 24/7 was well worth it, and the hotel was clean and pretty. Would definitely stay again!

We loved ThebWestin St. Francis, very clean, the location was very convenient, the room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel has a lot of historical spots in it. I highly recommend this place and hopefully I'll be back soon.I travel a lot trust me when I tell you yhis is a great choice to stay with your family.♥️

I lost my earpods - and search located through my app - and it pointed me to Westin , but when i called i was told they did not find any .

The building itself was very well kept and the staff were fantastic and very attentive. The individual hotel room was small but we try to keep in mind this is a major city so space can be limited, but it was a really small room. Also, the water temperature was weak when it came to hot water. Location was good to get everywhere we needed to in the city.

The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself.

What can I say about our fave SF property? Best location to amazing dining and shopping and this time the property was decked out in cherry blossoms! We were greeted by Luis who I have to say was absolutely beyond belief! Never had a welcome like what he provided! Then Jeff, our stellar concierge ..wow! These two are worth more than we can express!! Thank you for another memorable experience and we can’t wait to visit again soon

I lost my earpods apple and i search it via my mobile app find my device and it pointed me to westin , and so i called :( unfortunately the lost and found department told me nothing was reported , but my app “ find my device “ pointing me to Westin .
