The rooms are always clean and smells fresh, the staff is very friendly and helpful

The minimalist style of the room is appeal8ng to me. Customer service is not great at all. It is very noisy all around. Dog barking and construction in the area.

The Gentleman at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite. Unfortunately I had to move rooms due to a baby crying non stop. But I was moved to a room beside a dog that was left unattended and barked a lot all night. The first room smelled like smoke heavily the second one did not but the second one had a big hole in bathtub which def needs to be repaired. Man on drugs wandering around outside talking to himself made me a little uneasy. Pretty basic motel right off freeway. Bed was comfy

Great place to stay when I need to catch an early AM flight out of SFO.

I liked the fact that they are usually cheaper than other motels.. Don't like that I stayed 4 nights with with an expired id just to be kicked out
