Communicating with this property is virtually impossible. Yes, you can text them but unfortunately the agents are not well trained and any kind of response is usually very untimely making it very challenging to make plans. For example, I requested early check-in for Noon; received an email at 2:31 saying I could now check-in at Noon. Terrific. I could go on. Unfortunately the property tries to replace helpful, pleasant human interaction with automation and texts and fails miserably.

Easy check in/check out. Cute, clean and has easy access to food, shopping. Would definitely recommend

Kasa it’s always my first choice when visiting the area. Multiple stays with a specific location I could not ask for anything more.

What a simple, clean, and straightforward experience. I was popping in for a very quick work trip and everything about the reservation, check in, check out, and room experience was spot on, convenient, clean, and easy.

Heater not easy to use. No help.no breakfast

Very very small Tv situation was not really ideal Front desk area under construction Just wasn’t my thing
