Location is good the building is old. The linens did not smell clean. The shower was difficult to use as the hardware did not seem to fit with the shower.

I stayed here many time over the years. Always found it great place to stay while I'm in San Francisco

I inadvertently booked 2 days instead of three. when I checked in I asked for another day and was told to come by on the last day to extend. I did, and after ringing the bell for 20 minutes I was told to come back when the manager was there. I had to take my entire lunch break to sort it out, and when I told the manager/ clerk that he was costing me my lunch break I was told "that's not my problem"
Surly, rude.
if you can go without interacting with the staff the small rooms are clean enough and very good value for money, considering the neighborhood.

I was unaware of the $100 Security Key Deposit so when I refused to pay as I was under the impression that I was being ripped off as I did not believe I wound get the deposit back and paid for a different Hotel for the two nights. I now understand I had made the error and forfeit one nights rental payment as a no-show.

Fine if you’re in town for work
Posted 19 Dec 2023 on HotelsSo if you’re on a budget and you need to stay in the mission, this place is fine. It’s clean and the staff is very nice. The shower is great and everything works. There are cracks in the walls and the bed linens are not fancy but this is not a fancy place. It’s fine for a solo person just a couple days.
