What a fabulous hotel from the moment we checked in Ricky was Lovely and gave me 2 free Birthday drinks, Danny the Food and Beverage Manager in the Anzu restaurant was so lovely it was really lovely talking to him such a nice guy ,He wanted to give me a free dessert for my Birthday but we were so full after eating dinner ,The room was amazing and totally spotless and the View was Amazing,When we were checking out Michael assisted us ,What an amazing Person he was so lovely to talk to and went totally over and above for us he was just an amazing guy ❤️, Everyone was fantastic really and made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable.We would totally recommend this hotel without a doubt and we will definitely be coming back Thanks Hotel Nikko you definitely are a

Would definitely stay here again. Close to Union Square, shopping, all the mass transit. Clean, nice amenities, great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely courteous. The hotel is very nice albeit just past its prime but it is one of the best options in downtown SF.
Would definitively visit again.
