Very nice old hotel. Enjoyed the pastries and coffee in the morning. The view rooms are worth the upcharge.

Loved how cute and charming the hotel was. With the sad state of SOME San Francisco areas, the location of the hotel was quiet and breathtaking with the view of the Bay Bridge. Would stay again.

Compared to the major chain hotels & larger boutique hotels around it, this one has that “San Francisco” charm; a bit old world, a bit classic, a bit modern. Compact, cozy, unpretentious & on the famed waterfront w/ the Ferry Building a quick stroll away, Little Italy not too far out after that & all that San Francisco has to offer easily accessible by tram or subway. That view of the Bay Bridge on a foggy morning, amazing!
