The airplanes were really loud

We only stayed a few hours between flights. Shuttle worked out well. Very nice hotel and convenient to airport

No boiler to boil hot water. Hair dryer not functioning well.

Hello Andy, I am so sorry to read that your stay didn't meet your expectations. While it is true, our rooms do not have boilers to heat water, we do offer the coffee machine to heat water for up to 2 cups. We also have hot water available at our restaurant. If you have a thermos, we are always willing to dispense hot water from our coffee makers in the kitchen.We thank you for your feedback.
