Arrived after midnight due to a late flight, front desk staff was very helpful checking me in as well as informing me of the available amenities. Full bunk room with several other already asleep fairly quite night other than some noisy late night traffic. Clean bed and clean bathroom to shower off in the morning. Quick and easy checkout. Would stay here again.

it was nice just be careful if you go outside at night because of the area

Most Extraordinary hostel in SF

A delightful place, updated bathrooms / showers, quiet, easily accessible to union square, insane to pay 500+ for a room in this are when you can book this hostel for $100 bucks. A good option for anyone on a budget.

the outlet for my bed didn't work, i didn't get any towels, the mattress had yellow stain which i did not want to know what it was. prob the worst place ive ever stayed, its so bad that im not even mad.
