very nice hotel manager.
room looks recently updated, unique decor.
in room massage chair is great!
i got way better than what i expected for the price.
only downside is a bit of street noise (el camino real)

Could not possibly recommend more! The room was genuinely nice and well decorated with lots of character. Perfectly clean; all furnishings/ appliances/ fixtures well maintained and in good shape, and check in/ out was super easy. The front desk attendant wasnt there when i checked in at around 1am but came out and helped me within 1 min when i rang the service bell. For the price you'd be hard pressed to find anything close to as good. The best sub-$100 room you will find in the bay area, bar none.

For what it is, this is a good value, convenient, easy parking, good location, easy in and out. My complaint is the bed, hard as a rock, and in need of an upgrade. Massage chair was a nice touch but you need it after sleeping on the bed.

The room had a fun 50s theme that made it feel a big step up from a normal motel.

This is a no-frills hotel. It is clean and comfortable. I saved at least $100 by staying instead of an area Airport Hotel
