Property is design is fun & very Margaritaville-forward but front desk staff was not helpful & fees are excessive - $65 for daily valet, $30 resort fee for 2 small bottles of water & wi-fi. Our room was on the 4th floor (out of 10 floors) & we were staring into another building. When they texted to see if our room was adequate, I said we would love a room higher up, they didn’t even bother to reply. Pool bar staff were attentive & friendly, pool was cold. When I asked if they could break change for the valet, they said no. When I asked for a breakfast recommendation, the person didn’t offer any ideas, asked her manager who did, but then wrongly said “no, they aren’t open right now. I googled it & they were open. Dinner restaurant staff was lovely & attentive but fish tacos were fishy, Caesar salad very bland & generic. Overall the hotel is fine, but service & food are lackluster.

Stayed in April with a large group (24) adults, teens and kids.. it was a great stay! We loved the vibe. Only thing I personally would have liked is a spa. I had to book outside the hotel

We loved the close proximity to Safeco Field and to many restaurants! Staff were fantastic!

Nice, clean, and modern property. Well situated in gaslamp. A little bit of a party atmosphere so don’t go there if you want quiet. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Not a big fan of the resort fee, which is a scam but they all do it.
