It had a great breakfast option, and a great walking distance to the petco park !!

The original that we booked was not available and we were placed beside an exit door that slammed every time someone opened it. It woke us up everyday and made our stay very unpleasant.

I asked for a balcony room on the 3rd floor and did not get it. The staff there was very rude and very disrespectful. I would like a refund

Unfriendly staff, confusing charging method, good breakfast, difficult to approach from 7th street on foot should be informed the customer to approach from 6th street, without steep hiking
