The Hotel in general was good.The beds really need an update,it was hard and you can feel the springs and it was noisy.

Check in was not up front with me and put me in a room that was a down grade from what I paid. When I booked the room it said no queens were available and I had to pay the higher price for a king, but they put me in a queen bed anyway. When I complained they gave me the choice to go to a room that literally sounds like a helicopter taking off and vibrating the walls. No discount or apologies. They actually smirked when I asked them why the queen and they looked at each other and smiled then told me I didn’t have any other choice because the King bedroom was the noisy one but didn’t explain it to me when checking in. I felt abused and they treated me ignorantly as if I was a jerk for asking. Also, nothing in the reservation did it mention additional $25 for parking but it did show it if you drill down further to property details. I feel Expedia should disclose parking fees when booking.

Rooms were spacious nice lobby. Bathroom sink was leaking bathroom door handle broke.
