Was told I would receive a text when the room became available. Never received notification. Had to get ready for our concert out of our car. Didn’t receive the value of the price I paid. Won’t return or recommend. "

"I liked the location of the hotel near all tourist attractions like Balboa Park, San Diego zoo, Little Italy and more. The rooms were cleaned and had a nice view of the marina. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good too. The cons; the hotel was booked due to convention's, checking took long, valet took long to have your car ready, there was lines to get in the elevators and stopped at multiple floors, with kids that was very difficult since they have no patience. "
