Beautiful historical building--rooms are very comfortable. The only negative thing is nothing to do with hotel but the noise outside at nighttime when your trying to sleep--I had earplugs in & it was party central--all night long!

Everything about this property with the exception of the valet service was great. Suite was clean and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t expect the suites to be as large as they are which was a huge plus. I will stay there again. The valet company however was not so good. They took way too long to acknowledge we were there and took forever to bring my car to me even though I have them 20 min heads up as requested. I eventually discovered my car was parked outside but had to wait another 20-30 min to get my keys.

We loved the rooftop and the friendly staff, but after all the reviews we read, we expected the room to be more spacious. We didn’t even have a view, just a glass window that you couldn’t even look out of. It felt like a prison. The room was clean and the hotel is extremely convenient as we were out exploring most of the time. But make sure to always ask for a suite not a room.

No toaster, no dish drying rack in the business class room. On the rooftop there was a great setup for coffee, tea, water, toaster, microwave, open clean area, large bathroom, lots of sitting areas. The heater/AC was erratic. Room was well kept, bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was moderately heated water and was difficult to understand the knob and positioning. Staff was very attentive and helpful in every single way. Key card entry was secure and multiple protections. Which makes sense since this used to be a literal bank.
