Nicer than we expected. Great location and loved the views we had up on the 14th floor. Check in staff was very helpful in suggesting the Springhill side, which did not have a full kitchen, but better views. The room had all the basics and was clean. Bed was not the most comfortable, but adequate. Rooftop bar was delightful for sunset views. Free breakfast had plenty of choices and very nice staff.

We stayed here for 8 nights with our 2 teenagers and would highly recommend this hotel. Room was spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of outlets and counter space, great shower. The elevators were busy and the breakfast was hit or miss. Variety, but sometimes to a fault. Cold brew a nice bonus. Pool was fine but pretty busy. Parking easy and super convenient. The location was awesome. Walking distance to Seaport Village (our kids fave spot), Gaslamp and Little Italy so of course plenty of restaurants. Beautiful views and fantastic walkability.

We are family of 4 with teens. We stayed for 6 nights and used most amenities. We liked them all. We didn’t have a car, so can’t comment on the parking. We got a partial bay view room with 2 queens. Very spacious room with nice bay view and city view. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, especially protein options. The location is very convenient for bayside walks, restaurants and public transit, especially close to the train station which also gives some level of noise if the room is facing the train tracks. There were a few homeless people, but they didn’t bother us at all. We all felt very safe and comfortable while walking at late night couple times. One night the toilet was clogged. I called the front desk who sent the staff and got it fixed right away.
