This hotel has the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced in the United States. The male staff members, in particular, were extremely kind and helpful. It really felt like they had received special training—absolutely top-notch service! The interior was, of course, excellent as well. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time.

Pendry hotel building had power outage. The room cleanliness was not acceptable. Bathroom had a booger on the wall and food item piece of wrapper was found under the bed
