The location is not bad. The hotel a bit outdated and needs some cosmetic lift. Breakfast is fresh and has some variety better than at Hilton for sure. You have to remind the front desk to clean your room always.

Hotel room was super dirty, the bathroom tub looked like it had not been cleaned. We tried calling down to the lobby but no one answers the phone. So I had to go down and talk to someone. They offered me another room next door and I went to check that one and the restroom was dirty. Normally I am not that picky but we had a baby traveling with us. So we stayed in our original room. We laid towels on the shower and the next day during cleaning we came back after they were done and those towels weren’t even removed so we knew once again those showers were not being cleaned. Staff was also very rude and short, they seemed like they didn’t even want to help clients. Overall bad experience

Parking garage was very narrow and difficult to drive in and we had a small suv. Property manager was notified that the sink in room was not draining properly but nothing was done. Room itself was nice and clean. I would stay here again, just be aware of very tight garage a large vehicle may not be able to access.

Ok so lets start with the parking..you must pay and the garage is a son of a gun to navigate due to tight turns. Small ramps and tight spaces.. The hotel itself was ok, the area is very noisy outside...rooms seem to have thin walls cause we could hear the neighbors..the cooling system is loud...some of the furniture was old and had visible signs of age and damage... Breakfast was good . Nice mezzanine to sit out on amd enjoy breakfast or coffee... Beware area has a HUGE homeless problem and its messy as hell out there.. Close to zoo and museums and restaurants

The parking garage is on the back, kind of confusing at first, but it was fine after getting used to it. The parking space is kind of small and tight. The room was fine, clean, and cozy. One minus is that there is no door lock to the bathroom; it is just a sliding door with no lock. A little more privacy would be good.
