"Across from the Pillar Point Harbor and very walkable to the many restaurants in the area. It was pretty quiet and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Not far from the areas attractions."

I was there on business and did not take time to tour the city in detail. But from what i saw going to and from my destination everything appeared nice.
"Easy stop in Air Train to SF Grand Hyatt. Love this. Place. Very beautiful rooms and great bedding. Dining in the hotel and a 24/7 market available. It’s my new SFO stopover. "
"Great stay, only complaint is the floors in between rooms needed better insulation. We could hear the people upstairs walking around all night and morning. "

"I’m giving this hotel a 10 because, overall, we liked it a lot, but it wasn’t perfect. The beds were fantastic, the bathroom was nice and clean, and it was nice having a couch in the room. A couple of things that were not perfect were: the couch area felt a little dingy and the location of the bathroom right in front of one of the beds was less private than most hotels. Also, the bathroom door was translucent so you couldn’t close it and have complete privacy. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and the shower, which was broken when we arrived, was fixed very quickly when we reported it. The pool was quite nice although small, and with only a few lounge chairs."
