The room was clean, however the service was not so good. One of the receptionists was not very nice when helping us checking in.

I loved the free breakfast and the quiet surroundings.

Room is clean, looks and smell new (can smell new paint on the wall), complimentary hot breakfast is good (better than most other hotel), staffs are nice. The only thing there is no pool for the little kiddos so they a little disappointed but overall, our stay were great. Will come back if we are in the area again.

We were told at 4:30 pm that our Queen room was no longer available as we were Expedia third party customers and they could give it away ( even though we were paid in full.) The staff member who said his name was Sean was arrogant and rude. He must have said 20 times it was because we were Expedia customers and had no rights. I then called Expedia repeatedly but no one picked up. We ended up calling the Hyatt central office and complained. They seemed horrified and magically we got our room back. But I will never stay here again. And Expedia should have better service.

A beautiful property and fresh new rooms. Friendly staff. A great bar and restaurant. What more could you ask for?
