I found my experience to be average, rating it a 7 out of 10. While the location was convenient and the overall stay was acceptable, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations.
Facilities Update Needed:The hotel facilities are showing signs of age and could benefit from a renovation or update. could use modernization.
Staff Solutions: overall they were nice. However Their responses felt indifferent.I told the internet was working and they did nothing. It was on and off all time
Breakfast Needs Improvement: The variety and quality of the food could be improvides.
Overall, while my stay was okay, these areas for improvement leave me feeling hesitant to return. I hope the hotel considers these suggestions to enhance the overall guest experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They addressed every question with knowledge and excellent service. Augustina and German were particularly helpful with suggestions for outings and electronic connections in our room. I would definitely return for another visit.

Estimado Bassam, lamentamos que no haya tenido la oportunidad de visitar nuestro hotel y conocer los excelentes servicios que brindamos. Así mismo, usted conocía las políticas de cancelación cuando reservo a través de la plataforma, así como también, por haber sido anunciado con mucho tiempo de anticipación, conocía el paro nacional efectuado el día de su ingreso, siendo notificados de su imposibilidad de viajar a escasas horas de su llegada, por lo que lamentablemente no tuvimos forma de conservar su reserva. Lamentamos lo ocurrido y esperamos sepa comprender que el hotel tuvo siempre a su disposición el servicio contratado.Saludo a usted atentamente

Ok. Room had limited lake view. A bit of nickel and diming. One night free fireplace use regardless of the number of nights stayed. Ran us down to our car for the 3 cent plastic key.

On a beautiful part of the lake. Only 15 minutes by car or taxi to skiing. Restaurant served wonderful food. People were so nice. Hotel on a hill. So if you want the rooms with the best view, you will need to walk uphill. Staff very helpful to carry your luggage.
