VIP benefits were not offered at all by the staff, we asked if we could have an early check in (12pm) which was denied, yet they offered an early check in for a charge which we didn’t accept so we had to wait until 3pm to check in

We used all the services offered in this hotel and we quite happy with all services rendered from airport transfers to dining options. Additionally the staff was outstanding and very accommodating with all our needs.

I liked the location. I didnt like that it had no air conditioning, and opening the window at night was not an option because there is a lot of noise outside
