The hotel is nice but we had a couple of issues. First, there's a door that connects two rooms, so we could hear our neighbours. The WiFi is horrendous, except at 3pm when nobody is at the hotel. The restaurant has good food but is expensive in excess. Good variety of wines, though. The parking comes at no extra cost. You need to wash your own dishes at the room, otherwise you need to pay the maides for that service. The breakfast is just fine. Not too much options and average quality. Thumbs up for the massage therapist. Overall it was a neutral experience, but I feel there are better options for this price.

Very nice, clean and efficient hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great place

Excellent breakfast. Staff was super helpful. Room was great. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. We were able to cook and eat in our room and the fridge was a good size. We enjoyed it.
