I was told by the security guard that someone broke in to a truck a night before there and that It wasn't safe to park there. In their own parking lot

It needs soundproofing. I can hear doors closing from next door and above my room. I can even hear the noisy vacuum cleaner

The parking lot and areas surrounding the property was clean and well kept. The lobby was clean and decorated well and updated. The guest bedrooms & bathroom was large, spacious, and up to date, however the carpet could be changed. The person who came to unclog our toilet was awesome & friendly, more than the person who checked me in, who did not even greet me. Overall, the hotel was close to dining & shopping, albeit in a very busy road.

The grounds and common areas were gorgeous and very well presented, however the rooms themselves could use some attention and updating. What really made the difference was the staff. Roman, in particular, was a terrific asset on our 4 night stay! Would definitely stay there again, and this particular property was the nicest of the hotels we stayed in on an extended road trip!

Room needed some upgrade and lots of scratches peeling and ickyness. Ac was not cool enough. Sheets were a little itchy. And carpet felt dirty. But did have space and everything you neded for a stay. Plenty of parking. Also room 221 had a haunting presence that kept pushing down on my blankets near feet with a pattern. Both husband and i felt it. Then husband saw a dark figure between foot of bed and microwave. Wich he dint tell me until we left.
