Room was quite nice. Roomy, dining table, desk, fridge, microwave. 1.000 channels on TV and nothing to watch. Convenient to I-10, and avoids San Bernadino traffic.

The bedside lights would randomly come on all night long. We did not get much sleep because we had to get out of bed to turn on the lights due to the switch being so high on the wall. The hair dryer also did not work

Worst of all was the managers tried to get me to pay for two rooms, saying I booked 2. They argued repeatedly when I said “why would one person book 2 rooms” and only after I got my iPad out, which was buried at the bottom of my cars cargo area, did they put me on the phone with the male managers brother, who said I could pay for only one. The room carpet was stained and dirty, the faucet water pressure bad, location right next to the freeway kept me from sleeping; when I was checking in. I asked if I could have an upstairs room because as a single senior age woman I’d be safer in case of break-ins- I saw a dirty shoeless man with a shopping cart in the lot right next door, Even though it was night when I checked in and there were only 3 other cars, I was denied. They said “No, we are full”. They were NOT. The next early morning was far from packed with cars- only four. Terrible experience! There was a hand- made sign in the lobby window saying there was an $80 deposit: I said there was nothing about that on the Expedia site or my receipt. After arguing back and forth about that, they said “OK, forty dollars”. It felt like bargaining at a swap meet. I had to argue and ask repeatedly for a receipt for the room stay until they printed one out. I will of course NEVER stay there again, and NEVER use Expedia again. There was a small room next to the lobby which was obviously for coffee and snacks for guests: I asked if I could get coffee: “No, it’s broken”.
