When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!

Breakfast was good although repetitive and fairly limited. For example, same thing every day. Sausage was tasty but never had bacon. I never found fruit. We did not use the pool. The employees were excellent and extremely helpful. Parking is a little pricey and the valet parking was slow at times. ...
