Very nice room very contemporary but I think they are undergoing remodeling so the rest of the hotel looks outdated .

Like a lot of hotels since COVID, rooms could use some updating. Overall the staff was friendly. We ate at Burboun Street restaurant each morning for breakfast, the food was great.

We were lucky enough to stay in the new parts of the hotel— it is undergoing renovation. Room was great: large, clean, modern, filled with amenities. Construction was not noisy so did not bother us, but for people wanting to use fitness center or laundry, those were off limits. The location is fantastic; on Riverwalk, but away from super touristy section. 5 minutes to The Pearl and Museum of Art. Great walkability into downtown without crowds or noise.

Loved our stay here. Only problem was it was under construction and noisy during the day.
