Blood on the nightstand. No towels. Walking to the bathroom made my feet black

The service was good, though it was somewhat of an old hotel.

There was no towels when we checked in luckily I always bring our own towels. The room was too close to the highway and could hear the traffic. The motel was totally different from the pictures. Won’t book again

I hate having to give a poor review. My wife and I booked this motel six months, in advance, in anticipation of the solar eclipse. When we arrived the king sized bed we had reserved had been given to someone else and we were left with accepting a queen bed room as we had no other choice. We had to go to the office for toilet paper and towels as there were none in the room they assigned us. During our stay we decided to drive to visit a nephew in Austin. The floor of the room had a filmy feeling and we asked if it could be swept and mopped before our return. We delayed our return by a day and when we got back the room had not be touched. Beds unmade, dirty floors.

The rooms are very dirty. Upon check-in, they collect $50 deposit, and then will not give it back to you for 20 days after you check out! As terrible a condition as the room is in, a deposit is pointless.

The room has insects. The floor was never washed. There were mouse holes in the baseboard in the bathroom. There was a mold smell in the room. The towels were dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The breakfast included waffles and an orange, nothing else was offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting.
