Love the beauty of this property. We had a very nice stay. Room clean and host was very nice. Location was an easy walk down the riverwalk to shops and places to eat. Very quiet neighborhood.

NOT a B&B
Posted 25 Jul 2022 on HotelsI was upset to learn that while they are listed as a B&B no breakfast is included. You can get a "continental" breakfast with 24 hours notice for an additional fee.
If you don't serve breakfast you are not a B&B but a boutique hotel and should advertise as such.
Also, there is no pool as also advertised on Hotels.com.

There were stains on the chairs in our room. It was advertised that there was a hot tub but it was filthy and in disrepair.

Location, was good. But overall condition of the B&B is not good. As photos show, extensive water damage, dry rot, mold and cracked wash basin Also found cockroach.
