Room was not cleaned during a day of my stay. No clean towels. Dirty linens and trash left in room. Brought to the attention of the staff and they were unconcerned about it. Never apologetic.

The accountanting leaves a lot desired. I got overcharged on 2 nights.The manager said it would take 2-10 business to to clear it. Unacceptable. I had 2 separate reservations, but the management decided to make it a single one. Bad idea on their part. Screwed up my accounting process.
