The room was different than advertised. Some furniture items that were pictured in the room in the hotel advertisement for that specific room type were not in the room I was issued. They presented a request for late checkout option while reserving the room making it seem a late checkout option was available.. but 11am was the latest the property would do. The AC unit in the room was also quite loud. I ended up not staying at the property despite no refund.

Had never had to lay a deposit at any orher hotel i had stayed in before. Place was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good, bot alot of options but it was good. Overall very calm and quiet place.

Inadvertently left a piece of luggage behind and was contacted to make arrangements to pick it up. Luckily nothing was missing since there was medications and medical equipment in the luggage.

Excellent service from staff who printed out tax forms for me and stored my luggage several hours.
