That place needs to be renovated! Its been over ised and needs serious remodeling. There was a 1.5" gap under the door, the doors stick, missing latch lovks on doors, missing iron or ironing board, phone was filthy and the cord fell out. No hangers, towels were stiff as all hell and the bleach smell was bad. When you sign in theres a 15 min window to cancell the room. I should have went to see the rooms first. I wouldnt stay there again. One morning i went out to get the car ready and two cop cars came into the lot lights on and jumped out of the cars looking for someone. We stayed as its min from Lackland airbase and my son was graduating from basic otherwise id have stayed elsewhere.

Customer service personnel and cleaning crew to the manager excellent professional go beyond to help Their guest . All employees deserve a raise or compensation for going beyond their job description. ❤️❤️

Employees go Above and beyond to make one’s stay feel like home . Cleaning staff go beyond as well to have rooms clean and hard working staff . Manger very professional as well as the front desk employees. ❤️

It was decently cleaned, but the floors were still pretty dirty and the doors, light switches and trim were also pretty dirty. Not the best area of town, but is very conveniently located, especially for the price. We had no issues with anything and the beds were comfortable and clean bathroom. For the price, it’s perfectly fine.
