The elevator was down. Only one elevator was working. I waited almost 20 minutes at one point for an elevator. I had food in my room from outside and the ants got to it. I ended up leaving early because I was not satisfied for what I paid!

Confortable beds. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is not the best. Too much noise at night

We had to change rooms because the first room we got was disgusting. Our second room was also dirty, we even had cockroaches in our room. The property is under construction, and just waiting for the elevator was a hassle. Not using Hyatt Hotels anymore.

Room was very good but property overall is poorly maintained on the common areas Staff only do their work but are not really friendly

I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel. I tried to leave after the first night & they wouldn’t allow me to. They wanted to charge me the 2nd night. I basically was forced to stay there. Some things that bothered me: customer service was rude, renovations going on, bfast was mediocre, cooks were rude, housekeeping didn’t come empty trashes, I had to tell them to come and bring towels and they did not, front desk didn’t answer when called, the elevator sounded like it was going to breakdown any moment and someone pulled the extinguisher causing us to exit the building. This is not a good place to stay. Save your money and stay somewhere else that’s worth it. The hotel did nothing to accommodate me. I HATED OUR STAY.

Wow, were to begin, your inability to receive a refund for a stay would come down to you having booked through a third party's non-refundable rate for your stay.We of course would not stop anyone from leaving a hotel.Our breakfast has 13 different main food choices in buffet style setting. I am a bit unsure as to what more was expected.As per hotel policy since Covid times Housekeeping is down every two days unless requested at check-in. While renovations are ongoing items such as the elevators, do need to be out of service one at a time (we have 2), we cannot control service vendors schedules.The front desk stives to answer every call promptly, but during busy check-in times we may miss a call or two.The rude guest that pulled a Fire Extinguisher causing the hotel to be evacuated as a precaution, did disrupt the hotels operation. I do wish we could prevent these types of pranks, but they do happen once in a blue moon.You have my sincere apologies.Our team is glad to have hosted you.Travel well.
