Location to Riverwalk was good. Didn’t need a car because everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance.

Checking in was quick but when we got to our room the room had not been cleaned. I immediately called the front desk and they gave us another room. We loved the breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant. We are more likely to stay here again if we come back to San Antonio.

The room we had had a balcony that overlooked the river walk. It was a great view. It also had a happy hour!! They gave you 2 free well drinks or draft beer. The breakfast buffet was included also and was great it had an amazing omelette station and a wide variety of other breakfast foods and drinks. The staff was friendly!! I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very outdated and in much need of maintenance. Breakfast and happy hour were good, but the rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded.

I would NOT stay at this hotel again. My room was not ready when I checked in.. and then the receptionist provided me with the WRONG information about my event. The elevator did not work and I was on the 11th floor. All guests were using the service elevator. The hotel restaurant "Range' has very frw choices and food is mediocre to say the least.The breakfast was okay. Over all i wouldn't stsy there again and I don't recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location on the river walk. My only complaint is I was on the 7th floor and the day we check in the elevators break down. Still wasn’t working this morning. I had my daughter in a wheel chair. They had us using the service elevator which is great but the line to get on and off the service elevator was horrible. About a 30-45 minute wait to go up or go down. For the price of a room you would think they would give there guest some kind of discount, especially the elderly and handicapped. Alot of guests were using the stairs. This hotel has 17 floors mind you.
